Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Erebos vehicle tracking platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including individuals and company accounts.
2. Description of Service
Erebos is a GPS vehicle tracking platform operated by creative.artworks. The Service allows users to track the location of vehicles in real time using mobile applications or compatible hardware GPS devices. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier for individual users.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are in euros and exclude VAT where applicable. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except under our 30-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions.
5. Free Trial
Company plans include a 7-day free trial period. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically transition to the Individual (free) plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan. We will notify you before your trial expires.
6. Acceptable Use
You may only use the Service for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service to track individuals without their knowledge and consent where required by law, to violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations, to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content, or to interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service. Company administrators are responsible for ensuring that all users within their account comply with these Terms.
7. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including the GDPR. You retain ownership of your data. We do not sell your data to third parties.
8. Hardware Compatibility
The Service is compatible with Teltonika GPS trackers and other Traccar-compatible devices. We do not sell, manufacture, or warrant any hardware devices. Purchase of hardware is the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any issues arising from hardware malfunction, improper installation, or incompatibility.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from Service unavailability.
10. Intellectual Property
The Erebos platform, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by creative.artworks and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, creative.artworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay amounts due. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which time you may request an export.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ioannina, Greece.
